1- On July 5, MK Rahel Azaria (Kulanu) approved in the Knesset reforms committee for second and third readings the amendment to the planning and construction law which will allow local authorities to approve the splitting of houses for purposes of rental or for the usage of relatives, as long as the house is above 120 meters and the unit is at least 45 meters in size. Please check with your real estate lawyer if your property qualifies. (Currently, the Knesset is on summer vacation).


2- Very Important Advice – Keep your old expired passports.
