COVID 19
We are slowly getting back to normal with specific instructions from the Health Ministry to try to prevent a second round of the virus. Schools, synagogues, stores, beaches, etc are now open. The real estate market is very active with locals buying. Our overseas clients are inquiring about properties, preparing for when they will be able to travel to Israel.
One of the concerns that clients mentioned to me is wanting to purchase an apartment and dealing with financial uncertainty. Purchasing a property that has extended payments and excellent payment schedules might work for you. We checked with the different new projects. There are some that have a payment schedule of 20% at contract and 80% when you get the key and others where the payment schedule is tied to the stages of building.
