3- Central Bureau of Statistics   Arutz 7 (March 14, 2022):
Despite the jump in apartment prices between November 2021 and January 2022, there was an increase in the sale of apartments throughout the country.

The prices for housing in Israel continue to rise even though it keeps the dream of owning an apartment away from many people. However, there are purchasers who are willing to pay more to own an apartment. 

Bureau of Statistics show that between Nov. 2021 and January this year, there was a jump in sales of new apartments, reaching 16,440 units. This is an increase of 38% compared to the same period of time last year and an increase of about 22% compared to the three months August – October 2021. 

As a result of the demand for housing, the forecast is for prices to rise in the coming years.
