COVID-19
The real estate market is very active with locals buying. Overseas buyers are purchasing as well. They know the neighborhood and the streets the properties are on. We have been sending pictures and videos of properties. They have family, friends or their lawyer that sees it for them. 
As we mentioned in our last newsletter, one of the concerns that clients mentioned to me is wanting to purchase an apartment and dealing with financial uncertainty. Purchasing a property that has extended payments and excellent payment schedules might work for you. We checked with the different new projects. There are some that have a payment schedule of 20% at contract and 80% when you get the key and others where the payment schedule is tied to the stages of building. If this can work for you, we will send information to you.
