NOT ABLE TO COME TO ISRAEL?
We know and understand the frustration of wanting to purchase a home in Israel and not being here personally to see and chose. We are using the amazing technology of facetime and zoom walk-throughs as well as pictures and videos of the property, the building and of the street and area as well. Many of our clients have purchased homes this way. Family, friends and lawyers as well would come to see the property with instructions what to look for. Let me know if this can work for you.
Advice – Prepare the groundwork for your purchase. Giving a lawyer or a trusted person in Israel power of attorney can make the difference in your being able to purchase the property of your choice. The bureaucracy in giving power of attorney to someone in Israel can take sometimes a few weeks during which time the owner will not wait and sell the property to someone else.
If you do not have a lawyer, we have a list of native english speaking lawyers that our clients have used and can recommend. These are lawyers that are very ‘client friendly’ and work for their clients to close a deal regardless of the complexities that can be involved.
The real estate market is very active with locals and overseas buyers.
There are properties for sale of ALL prices. Prices are stable and resale owners are open to a reasonable offer especially at this time when entry to Israel is very limited.
