Advice – Prepare the groundwork for your purchase. Giving a lawyer or a trusted person in Israel power of attorney can make the difference in your being able to purchase the property of your choice. The bureaucracy in giving power of attorney to someone in Israel can take sometimes a few weeks during which time the owner will not wait and sell the property to someone else.
If you do not have a lawyer, we have a list of native english speaking lawyers that our clients have used and can recommend. These are lawyers that are very ‘client friendly’ and work for their clients to close a deal regardless of the complexities that can be involved.
The real estate market is very active with locals and overseas buyers.
