There has been quite a lot in the news regarding the real estate market in Israel. Israel real estate is not in a bubble. There is a lot of demand and not enough supply. Across the country, prices generally went up 14% since last year.
 
In addition, the foreign currency exchange rate against the shekel has not been
‘that great’.  Many of our clients are purchasing properties in areas that are being gentrified where the value of the properties are going up.  The value of their money is now stabilized being linked to the real estate value of the property and is increasing as the prices go up. Some clients are renting out these properties and using the rental income to help pay for renting in an area they want to live in.
 
New projects under construction are also very successful as many overseas buyers are not ready to live here permanently and the payment schedule works with their cash flow.
Friends and family are purchasing buildings, to build and ready to move in, to meet the size apartments that they need and selling any extra apartments at a profit.
