New South Neighborhood #2029

A new neighborhood now under construction of currently 452 housing units in eight residential nine-floor buildings, some of which will have commercial ground floors. Located in one of Jerusalem’s highest points, the buildings face open areas. Each building has 20-23 housing units of the highest construction standard. The new neighborhood will have educational institutions (kindergartens and schools), commercial centers, developed community services, a youth club, sports fields and synagogues for the Ashkenaz and Sefardi  residents. Location: A few minutes drive to Jerusalem’s south established neighborhoods: Arnona, Baka, and Talpiot as well as to the City Center and business areas in Talpiot, Har Hotzvim, and Givat Shaul. Remaining apartments in this project: Only 4 and 5 bedroom apartments, penthouses and mini penthouses. The prices range from NIS 5,600,000 – NIS 7,600,000. Occupancy: 18 months.
